Cave , scenery, hot springs

This cave is home to Burmese/Thai people who collect the nest of Swifts.
The Swift is a small bird that makes it nest with its saliva. The nest are collected and sold at a very high price to the Chinese and Japanese as a valued ingredient in soup. I know where are the environmentalist?

Kayaking scenery

This was a wonderful prelude to out Elephant trek. Unfortunately mom was not able to enjoy as much as I. The mineral water was around 85/90 degrees and provided a awesome soak.

Swimming, Snorkeling, kayaking

This Komodo dragon was a welcome guest at lunch. He was approx 6 ft long, nose to tip of tail an ominous sight to say the least. We had chicken for lunch and tossed him the leftovers which he promptly gulped down bones and all, without chewing. Amazing!!

This the a beautiful lagoon where we swam, snorkeled and fed the fish. The snorkeling was awesome clear water, coral and lots of fish with lots of variety and color.

I wish the grandkids could have been here with me!!
